Among the myriad food and drink holidays gracing our calendars, a favorite is National Margarita Day February 22. To celebrate, we’ve rounded up some of the most exciting margaritas on South Beach, guaranteeing a tequila-forward night to remember.

Avocado Margarita, Sweet Liberty
Sweet Liberty is known for pushing the envelope when it comes to mixology, and its avocado margarita is testament to this. Expect an ambush of the senses over a mix of Ocho Plata Tequila, Vago Mezcal, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, Cointreau, Chareau Aloe Liqueur, avocado puree, lime, and black pepper.

Habibi Margarite, Byblos
This clever Eastern Mediterranean interpretation of the margarita combines reposado tequila, spiced strawberry-cilantro tea, and fresh lime juice. It’s served in a traditional tea set, branding it social media gold.

Spicy Cucumber Margarita, Smith & Wollensky
Packing a refreshing kick, this margarita is a balance of ghost pepper–laced Ghost Tequila, cucumber juice, lime juice, and agave. It’s the perfect cocktail to sip while taking in the sunset from Smith & Wollensky’s waterfront location.
