Celebrating its fifteenth anniversary this year, Miami Beach Pride returns to the Magic City April 1-16. Grab tickets to the VIP Beach Affair April 14, hosted by actress, singer, comedian, author, and LGBTQ+ icon Sandra Bernhard (who recently appeared in American Horror Story: NYC). Or don your rainbow gear and stroll through the free Pride Festival at Lummus Park April 15-16, filled with food, vendors, performances, and more-—all in celebration of Miami’s LGBTQ+ community. The centerpiece of this year’s events is the parade along Ocean Drive April 16, featuring grand marshals Jonathan Bennett and Jaymes Vaughan. Known for his role as Aaron Samuels in the 2004 cult-classic film Mean Girls, Bennett is now the executive producer and star of the Hallmark Channel’s first holiday film featuring a leading LGBTQ+ couple, The Holiday Sitter. Together, Bennett and Vaughn host iHeartRadio’s Pridecast and are founders of the Outbound Travel company.
