Loews Miami Beach Hotel will capture the flavors of summer with a signature Summerfest cocktail created in partnership with Bruno Mars’ award-winning SelvaRey Rum. Dubbed the Sea Foam & Sun Rays, the sip pairs SelvaRey White Rum with simple syrup, fresh mint, lime, and lychee foam.

Destination-Driven Craft Mocktails

For those looking to embrace the low- or no-proof life this summer, the oceanfront resort’s mixology team crafted a Summerfest Mocktail: A riff on the popular espresso martini, the Espresso Mock-tini Booster features espresso, Tazo Chai Latte, vanilla bean syrup, and fee foam.

Red, White, & BBQ 

Celebrate Fourth of July a day early with Loews Miami Beach Hotel at the Red, White, & BBQ, an evening cookout with a menu of favorites for the whole family on July 3. From 6-9 p.m., guests will gather on the hotel’s Americana Lawn for a feast of smoked chickens, St. Louis-style ribs, Mahi-Mahi, burgers, hot dogs, salads, and delicious desserts. Dinner is $59 for adults and $19 for children.
