Mayfair House Hotel & Garden in Miami will unveil a series of exclusive culinary experiences featuring top culinary talents, kicking off on January 31.
The first event in the series will be a pop-up dinner at the Mayfair Grill on January 31, from 5 to 10 p.m., hosted by Executive Chef Jimmy Lebrón. Lebrón will craft a menu that showcases his interpretation of modernized authentic Mexican cuisine. Guests can look forward to dishes such as wahoo crudo, oxtail barbacoa taquitos, and lamb shawarma tacos. The event also includes a special Vino Wednesday offering, allowing guests to enjoy select wines at half-price.
The series continues with a sophisticated evening at Sipsip on February 22, from 6 p.m. to midnight. Enjoy a culinary journey through Spanish flavors showcased by dishes that merge traditional cooking methods with modern culinary innovations. Guests will savor delights from a hot & cold buffet, grill station, paella station, raw bar experience, and a jamón carving station, ensuring a varied and rich dining experience. A diverse beverage package will be available as an add-on to the food package. Ticket pricing for this exclusive event is set at $75 for the food experience and $105 for the inclusion of open beer, wine, and specialty cocktails.
The lineup at Mayfair House Hotel and Garden will take a tropical turn with the addition of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival’s Art of Tiki Cocktail Showdown. This vibrant event, presented by Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum, is scheduled for February 23, from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. at Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel.
