Guests can sip beer samples and enter to win a prize package from VezaSur Brewing, a Miami-born brewery with Latin and American roots, or indulge in an array of hand-rolled premium cigars.

Also throughout the month, the Doral Contemporary Art Museum (DORCAM) will feature pop-up exhibitions at CityPlace Doral from Latin Artists in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. During the festivities on October 9, guests will experience the following exhibits:

  • In Space #123, visit “Collodion Wet Plate Process: Photography Exhibition” featuring “Miquel Salom: The Tintype in the Twenty-First Century” on view through October 24.
  • In Space #109, visit “Children of the Diaspora: a Multimedia Exhibition,” on view through October 31. The exhibition presents audiovisual material produced by young Miami-born children of Cuban exiles and how they combine both cultures—that which they inherited from their parents and their new identity in the U.S.
  • In Space #115, check out “Love Pop Next Level,” a collection of Venezuelan artist Eduardo “Edo” Sanabria’s works in 2D and 3D, on view to October 31.
  • Walk by Marcus “Grabster” Borges’ new mural across from Novecento.
