Gulfstream Park will host the highly-anticipated Hallandale Beach Food & Groove: A Wine, Food and Art Experience February 25, from 7–11 p.m., as part of the twenty-second annual Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One.
