SLS Hotels and Residences will debut Taste of SLS at SLS South Beach on Thursday, November 11, with a special set by Mark Ronson presented by Chase Sapphire, and a showcase of 10 culinary and mixology experiences throughout the evening. Additionally, Taste of Fi’lia at SLS Brickell on November 12th will feature the culinary expertise of Fi’lia Dubai’s Chef de Cuisine Sara Aqel. Both events bring the best of the culinary world to the heart of Miami.

Taste of SLS South Beach will feature star-studded festivities, the talents of award-winning chefs from around the world, and an exclusive DJ set by globally acclaimed DJ, songwriter, and record producer, Mark Ronson. Guests can look forward to gastronomic experiences and bars staged by culinary collaborators Katsuya Uechi, chef and founder of Katsuya; Dario Cecchini of Carna; Sara Aqel of Fi’lia; Bernard Lottin of Cleo; Black River Caviar; and The Bazaar by José Andrés. The event will pair inspired food and beverage offerings with exciting entertainment at one of South Beach’s most popular properties.

The foodie fête continues with Taste of Fi’lia at SLS Brickell on November 12. The Italian hotspot, beloved for its warm ambiance and contemporary take on Italian classics, will offer guests a spectacular seated dining experience ($135 per person). The evening will commence with a cocktail reception and continue with a curated menu by Fi’lia Dubai’s Chef de Cuisine Sara Aqel. Aqel will collaborate with Fi’lia Miami’s Chef Victor Rosado, to craft a menu of Fi’lia favorites, such as the House Made Stracciatella, Grilled Octopus, and the indulgent Pasta Carbonara. Taste of SLS South Beach 2021 is presented in collaboration with Chase Sapphire, ALL, Red Bull, Danone, and Lavazza, representing some of the major global brand affiliations across the SLS portfolio.
