Oktoberfest: Benefits Miami-Dade Public Schools’ German Programs

The German International Parent Association (GIPA) invites the community to raise a stein and celebrate at this year’s Oktoberfest, happening Saturday, October 4, 2025 at the German American Social Club in Miami (11919 SW 56th St).
Far more than a festival, GIPA’s Oktoberfest is a beloved family-friendly tradition and the organization’s largest fundraising event of the year. The celebration brings together students, families and the wider Miami community to enjoy German culture through authentic cuisine, lively music and traditional activities.
All proceeds directly benefit the German language programs at Miami-Dade County Public Schools, supporting classroom resources, cultural events and most importantly – the teachers who make these programs possible.
