Two new designer pop-ups will arrive at the Miami Design District this month. On June 22, Burberry’s World of Olympia pop-up will be unveiled as a part of the brand’s global pop-up series launch, all in celebration of Burberry’s signature Italian-crafted Olympia bag. Nearby, Prada Outdoor’s Coast pop-up will debut on June 24 with an immersive in-store beach setting experience to highlight the brand’s exclusive Coast collection.
Burberry’s World of Olympia boasts dynamic installation space that celebrates the aesthetic, craftsmanship, and inspiration behind Burberry’s iconic Olympia bag. The architecture’s sweeping curves juxtapose replica Greek statues, made modern for the contemporary era. The pop-up will house an assortment of Olympia bags, presented in a variety of shapes, styles, and colors, including limited-edition styles in warm sand and blue topaz with chunky gold-plated chain straps, and in marigold yellow and marsh green with leather straps. Each bag will have an edition number engraved on the inside.
Prada Outdoor’s Coast is dedicated to the emotions elicited by four settings: the garden, the coast, the mountains, and snow. Prada Outdoor’s immersive pop-up will transport guests directly into a theatrical coastal oasis, reminiscent of Miami’s very own beaches and surroundings. The space will contain a selection of exclusive product from Prada’s Coast collection, and will offer a multitude of unique experiences with an in-store DJ, a lifeguard tower, outdoor frozen ice and lemonade carts, a polaroid activation with take home postcards, and a digital interaction Hypno Game for guests to enjoy.
