With the return of Delano Miami Beach after a six-year closure, one of South Beach’s defining hotels is back in circulation—and its restaurant lineup is giving locals plenty of reasons to walk through its doors again. Alongside the revival of the hotel’s iconic Rose Bar, now refreshed with a more ambitious cocktail program, Delano has partnered with Paris Society to debut two major international dining concepts in the United States.

First comes Gigi Rigolatto, the coastal Italian heavyweight with sister locations in Paris, Rome, and St. Tropez. Designed by Hugo Toro, the restaurant spills across Delano’s first floor, with softly lit interiors and sun-drenched outdoor seating that feels cinematic yet easygoing. The menu travels through Italy’s regions with dishes like delicate gambero rosso carpaccio brightened with espelette chili and caviar, a peak-season tomato salad dubbed Pomodori della Nonna, and tagliolini with king crab folded into a citrusy crab bisque sauce.
On the fourth floor, Dubai sensation Mimi Kakushi brings a different energy. Inspired by 1920s Osaka, the restaurant and bar recently landed on the World’s 50 Best Bars list (No. 36). Expect a more immersive style of cocktail service, from menus displayed inside vintage television sets to drinks channeling the life of Japanese silent film actor Sessue Hayakawa. A highlight is the Nara Nara, an imaginative tale of wartime espionage told via a martini frozen inside a massive block of ice, carved tableside using traditional methods. The food is equally memorable, from hyper-fresh sashimi to black cod and tiger prawn gyoza, baked lobster in miso butter, and sizzling Wagyu beef brushed with a chipotle soy glaze.
