Pumpkin Patch
As fall segues into winter, we still love anything pumpkin. This recipe comes courtesy of FOS Greek Mastiha.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 oz. FOS Greek Mastiha
• 1 oz. Tequila Reposado
• 1 oz. pumpkin purée
• ½ oz. lemon juice
• Barspoon maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with brown sugar rum and toasted cinnamon stick.
Raspberry Beret
This refresher is a favorite from Mama Tried’s craft cocktail menu, curated by Tyler Kitzman.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1½ oz. spirit of choice
• ¾ oz. lemon
• ¾ oz. simple syrup
• 4 raspberries
• ½ oz. Cocchi Rosa Americano
DIRECTIONS:
Shake ingredients together and serve over crushed ice. Garnish with mint, lemon zest and pink peppercorn.
Old Fashioned con Mango
This drink is double delish, a combo of two of Miami’s favorite: the Old Fashioned and the Mojito, courtesy of The Bellhop Bar at Loews Miami Beach Hotel.
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 oz. Angel’s Envy bourbon
• ¼ oz. mango-infused simple syrup
• 2 dashes mango bitters
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 slice dehydrated mango
DIRECTIONS:
Add bourbon, simple syrup and bitters into a cocktail mixing glass. Stir all ingredients together. Place an ice sphere into a rocks glass and pour cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated mango.
