Rosé by the Sea
In collaboration with Whispering Angel and Château d’Esclans wine portfolio, The St. Regis Bal Harbour will unveil a one-of-a-kind Rosé by the Sea wine experience that transports guests from Miami Beach to the vineyards of Provence. The bookable experience includes a St. Regis Bal Harbour Grand Seafood Tower (with lobster tails, jumbo shrimp, one dozen seasonal oysters, and Alaskan king crab legs) and Whispering Angel Magnum offered on the pool terrace and in the St. Regis’ Oceanfront Day Villas, which are available for day rentals, beginning at $350.
Lunch at Atlantikós
The St. Regis Bal Harbour favorite is now open for brunch and lunch! Reminiscent of Santorini’s contrast of bright blue and white, the restaurant exudes a chic Mediterranean ambience. Guests can delight in offerings like avocado toasts, a chilled seafood tower, ricotta and orange pancakes, citrus French toast, lobster Caesar salad, baklava tart, and more.
Dinner & Drinks at The St. Regis Bar
The St. Regis Bar welcomes guests from 5 p.m. to midnight for vibrant evenings filled with wonder. Beginning precisely at 5 p.m., the Champagne sabering ritual harkens back to the resort’s esteemed heritage and invites patrons to toast to a beautiful Miami Beach sunset. Indulge in delicious dishes and craft cocktails—or the selection of 2,500 wines from 450 vineyards in 14 different countries from the resort’s Wine Vault—all while lounging and listening to live entertainment.
