INGREDIENTS:
• 2 oz. Gosling’s Gold Rum
• ¾ oz. lemon juice
• ¾ oz. Saffron Cardamom Honey syrup
• 1 egg white
DIRECTIONS: Dry shake all the ingredients, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 ¾ oz. Avuá Bálsamo Aged Cachaça
• ¾ oz. Pierre Ferrand orange curacao
• ¾ oz. lemon juice
• ¼ oz. simple syrup
• 2 dashes Ladies’ Room housemade “Yellow Chartreuse” (can substitute Benedictine)
• 2 dashes Angostura
• 1 dash Regan’s orange bitters
DIRECTIONS: Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh fenugreek or fresh mint.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 ½ oz. Don Julio Blanco
• ½ oz. Ancho Reyes
• 1 slice muddled yellow pepper
• ¾ oz. lime juice
• ¾ oz. honey agave
• 3 dashes of Hellfire bitters
DIRECTIONS: Shake all ingredients together with ice and serve in large rocks glass with spicy salt rim. Garnish with lime wheel.
