Aston Martin brings its timeless elegance and bespoke luxury to residential living by selecting Miami as the magical city in which to create its first real estate project.

Of course it is oversimplifying matters to say that the satisfaction of life in Miami is derived merely from living here, but having the opportunity to own one of Aston Martin’s first residences may just complete this thought. The British icon of the automotive world has selected Miami as its first real estate venture by introducing an innovative 66-story residential tower downtown to be completed in 2022. Aston Martin Residences will be part of a curated collection of luxury projects and experiences within the Art of Living Aston Martin portfolio, according to company executives, who want to take customers beyond sports cars and into new treasures. “Our family loves Miami and how the scenic river winds through the center with easy access to the ocean,” says German Coto, CEO of G&G Business Development, the Miami-based developer partnering with Aston Martin. “It’s the water that makes Miami so special. And our Biscayne Boulevard Way location is in the heart of the city’s most vibrant and exciting neighborhood.”

The partners chose downtown Miami for their first luxury condominium project because it is the epicenter of cultural, culinary, business and economic growth in the region. With more than 92,000 people living downtown—an increase of about 40 percent since 2010, and a 56 percent population surge since 2000—the area is experiencing explosive growth. By 2021, the population is expected to reach 109,000 with $10 billion in international investment. “We knew how attractive and valuable this parcel of waterfront land would be where the river meets the Biscayne Bay, so we purchased it with the aim of developing a monumental building that would change the Miami skyline,” says Coto. “Aston Martin has over a century of defining timeless elegance and British handcrafted luxury within the automotive world so we wanted to translate that precision engineering and design innovation to a luxury residential property that could tell the story of classic beauty.”

Designed by Revuelta Architecture and BMA (Bodas Miani Anger) Architects, the 391 residences (most measure from 700-19,000 square feet), which range in price from $750,000 to $50 million, will have spectacular water and city views from the unique sail-shaped building. The interior design team takes inspiration from Aston Martin automobiles, giving individual residences custom-crafted interiors, and luxe materials and finishes. “Our interiors are inspired by Aston Martin yet take into consideration Miami’s tropical environment,” says Marek Reichman, executive vice president and chief creative officer at Aston Martin. “Our design language is based on beauty and the honesty and authenticity of the materials. It is simple and pure, with an elegance attached to beautiful proportions in neutral shades of brown, gray and charcoal blacks.” The design team is incorporating Aston Martin’s exclusive DNA through subtle details and fine craftsmanship with an emphasis on comfort and seclusion. Each residence can come furnished and is appointed with Bulthaup cabinetry, unique marble flooring from the Greek island of Thasos, and kitchen appliances from Gaggenau. In short, the building is designed for residents who appreciate the finest quality and love the feeling of living in a secure world of timeless elegance where perfect composition rules.

For example, the $50 million triplex penthouse complex (there are seven other smaller penthouses), situated between the 63rd and 65th floors, will have seven bedrooms, eight baths and a private pool. Views of this singularly exquisite home will include the rippling ocean, the deep blue bay, and the bustle of downtown Miami. With 27,191-square-feet of living space, and three wraparound terraces per each of the three floors, residents will live in the light of heaven and the face of the best of the world. “Every aspect of the triplex penthouse has been considered to provide the ultimate custom luxury home with optimal light and views,” says Coto.
Another truffle for all Aston Martin residents will be the building’s superyacht marina, with the capacity to accommodate boats over 300 feet long andh direct access from the ocean. At 490 linear feet with a draft depth of 15 feet, the marina offers more than just a berth with security and privacy: Aston Martin residents will have butler service to take care of everything in eco-perfect splendor. “We are focusing on our green credentials,” says Coto, “We are protecting and restoring marine ecology to safeguard wildlife and conserve the stunning location.”

Finally, the Aston Martin Vulcan, located adjacent to the development, is one of only 24 examples of the brand’s 820bhp, all-carbon-fiber supercar that delivers extreme performance. The white limited-edition showpiece of automotive art is inspired by Miami and specified to reflect its tropical surroundings. Owners of the signature residences will receive a precision-perfect Miami Riverwalk Limited Edition DB11.

Nothing about this development has been left to chance. “My favorite aspect of the building is our passion behind the entire development and how we are fulfilling the remarkable vision,” says Coto. “This is what makes me the most excited.” For more information, visit astonmartinresidences.com.
