Explore the larger-than-life world of “Bugs,” a cinematic, immersive special exhibition on view at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science in downtown Miami. The exhibition highlights bugs’ biology and evolution, as well as how their abilities and adaptations inspire advances in engineering and nanotechnology. “Bugs” is on view now through April 20.
The exhibition boasts ultra-detailed models, videos, hands-on activities, scientific specimens, and immersive experiences that enable guests to see the world from a bug’s perspective. The exhibition was created by the world-renowned Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa and Weta Workshop. Guests will also have the chance to explore Frost Science’s collection of insects in a special display created in collaboration with Broward College students.
