Pearl Restaurant & Champagne Lounge December 10th is the official date for the re-opening of the iconic Pearl Restaurant & Champagne Lounge in Miami Beach. Originally opened in 1999 until December 2005, Pearl was a favorite among A-list celebs such as Jennifer Lopez, Matt Damon, Janet Jackson and Sting. Now it’s back, offering a new menu by renowned Chef Sylvain Noel, with delectable dishes like Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass and Heart of Palm Stuffed with Creamy White Bean and Epazot; a 12 oz. Charred Ribeye and Frenched Colorado Rack of Lamb and Miso Black Cod and Beef Rolls deglazed with teriyaki sauce. A premium selection of the world’s finest caviar, champagne by the bottle or glass, and an eclectic wine list round out the experience. Stark white drapes separate the restaurant from the lounge area during dinner hours; then, at 11 pm nightly, the curtains open and the atmosphere becomes lounge-like, with music and cocktails.
